Big Changes at the Finish

This year’s Modesto Marathon has seen major changes in the course. One of the reasons for the change is to create more of a festival atmosphere at the finish line. In past year’s, the race started and finished at the same place. Due to how confined that area is, it forced us to put the entertainment, food and other services away from the finish line. That all changes for the 2013 race. We’ve moved the finish line to a wide open area a couple blocks away from the start. Now, you can cheer on your favorite runners while listening to our great line-up of entertainment. Even more reason to bring the entire family to support the runner in your life. [download id=”14″]
